1. ACCOUNTS: You may only have one account per IP and please do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. -  4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION: Macobux.com holds the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future “wall of shame”. Also if you are caught cheating you will forfiet all your account earnings.

-  5. PAYMENTS: You must accumulate at least $5.00 before payment will be issued. All payments are done manually and will be issued as follows. premiums / Standards will be paid within / or upto 48hrs.

-  6. EMAILS: You must have a valid e-mail address and valid AlertPay address to register with our program.

-  7. PAYRATE: Premium members earn 0.01 per click and 0.01 per referral click. Standard members earn 0.01 per click and 0.005 per referral click.

-  NOTE: Since 11/25/2008 there will be 5 ads avaible all the time for member’s view and click as follows: standard member is able to view and click 3 ads/day and premium 5 ads/day. Visitors will be able to view more ads.

-  8. REFERRALS: You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer or purchase. Purchased referrals have a limit of 2000 but direct referrals are un-limited

-  9. ADVERTISING: Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay only. AlertPay accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers and AlertPay funds. All adds are manully approved within /or upto 48hrs. We will not accept the following types of adds: 1. No illegal websites. 2. No frame breakers 3. No pornography websites 4. Not more than one (1) pop up / under

-  10. TAXES: By joining Macobux, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

-  11. CHINESE MEMBERS: Due to members from China cheating if you are from China you are still free to join Macobux. However you must upgrade your account to recieve any earnings.

-  GENERAL INFO

-  You are not an employee of Macobux and you are not an independent contractor for Macobux. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Macobux has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
